The decision to start Reachout was about giving something back. Not only do the team get rewarded for their hard work and commitment, the clients get a more personalised and dedicated service where they can rely on the team to deliver.

Paul has over 18 years experience within the global recruitment sector and in that time has been both supplier and customer. Understanding the aspirations of our clients and their specific needs is the difference between delivering a good service and an exceptional service. With a proven track record of delivery, man management and business development, Paul looks create a very bespoke business with an emphasis on strong communication shown through the team.

NICK FISHER

NICK FISHER

SALES DIRECTOR

Nick has 10 years experience working in the construction sector. Initially set up the trades Division for AndersElite building a good candidate database and developing good relationships with key clients.

He then met Paul when working at Keltbray and helped set up Qualified Recruitment, their internal recruitment division.

He left in 2009 to start with an old colleague from AndersElite to set up new offices in central London for Linear Recruitment, running a busy office supplying demolition and civils personnel to the market place dealing with all types of positions from blue collar to white collar up to director level, both temporary and permanent.

In 2015, an exciting opportunity to work with Paul again arose with a Directorship position within Reachout with the intention to build the sales infrastructure for the business and assist in the development of the new company.

 

 

SAM SUTHERLAND

SALES CONSULTANT

Originally working with Paul Clarke at Deploy on an apprenticeship, it was clear that Sam had the aptitude to be a professional recruitment consultant in the industry.

Sam joined Reachout Recruit in early 2015 and is currently focusing on the supply of blue collar operatives in the following disciplines.
Trades, labour & Demolition for multiple clients across sites in the London area. 

He has worked with main contractor sites, and is used to working to strict health & safety codes of practice and site requirements and is well versed in performing in this area.

Sam if very much a part of the success that Reachout is experiencing and it's a credit to him that his conscientious nature leads him to gain respect from both the workers and the clients alike.
